Hello everyone and thank you for the good wishes. Apparently I didn't have a stroke but I did have an epileptic fit, I came round in the ambulance fighting with 2 ambulance men who we're trying to restrain me. It was not a nice experience and I am glad to be home, but I still feel shattered and a bit odd.

I see the epilepsy nurse hopefully next week, I am still in the dark as to what caused it.

Oh my goodness Cal that does sound very frightening
Hope you're feeling better very soon. Glad you are home, and hope the nurse can help, or I suppose it could just be a one-off thing :?
Take care (((((x)))))

My husband had a one off (at least we hope it was one off) seizure 5 years ago and takes medication and has been fine. The epilepsy nurse told me at the time that it is said every one has one seizure at some point - but I still think it was very odd.

Cal, that is exactly what my sister and ex SiL were told when they had theirs, but most of us have them when we are asleep or they are mini-mals and we don't even notice them.

I do hope that yours is also a one-off (((Cal))).
