Well it appeared back on Rightmove today, still showing as being SSTC...but an hour or so back there was an incredibly loud drilling noise coming from there and when I looked out he was fixing a secure mailbox to the wall by their window.

This is my cousin's house she's selling - complete with typical all American cheesy music.
You get a fair bit of house for your money.

They've bought another one just 10 minutes away.

We were looking at houses in Niagara Falls - just for pure nostalgia because there was talk that John's uncle was selling up and we wanted to have a look at the lovely old house again - and couldn't get over what you could get for your money there!

Kaz - when Karen told me they were selling (to go somewhere bigger! ) because members of my family have been over there to visit I had some idea what the house was like..but I was gobsmacked at how cheap the asking price was.

Jo - when we were in Florida in 2001 there were 10 of us in a 7 bedroomed house..it was HUGE. They really know how to do big over there!

We nosily went to view a few houses nearby that were roughly the same size and were being marketed at that time for 175.000 dollars.

Although a gated community wouldn't be for us the houses themselves were out of this world.
