Going to Paco's vodka emporium with Don and Conor to watch the Malaga game at 4 o'clock.

After a few beers we'll bring a Chinese takeaway back with us.

The sun is out here Becks is home and the three of us are going to the Quays Outlet later for lunch and a bit of shopping - Becks and I both want a new pair of jeans and the M&S in the outlet is considerably cheaper than the one in town

Morning all. Its scooby doo weather out there this morning and quite frosty.

We are off to the allotment this morning - we haven't been for months and it is starting to eat at me now. I don't think we will actually be doing very much there but we need to check things over and plan for this year.

Other than that, that's it for today. We might nip to the farmers market for a browse.

A bit overcast, but the sun is trying very hard to come out to play

Off down to the daily market for some fresh veg and a walk to the kitchen shop, I think

I need a new pair of jeans too, but I'm going to see if I can hang on until the autumn, when I hope to have lost a little more weight
