Off to Belfast in the morning!

Miss Osc and I are going to Belfast tomorrow, to see the delightful Brendan Cole (he of SCD) in his show at the Waterfront Hall there. We're going by train, staying the night in a hotel beside the theatre, have a meal booked in a highly recommended seafood restaurant - should be lovely I don't think we've ever done a mother/daughter trip before Unfortunately we are getting the 10am train home on Sunday as she wants to spend time with Michael before he comes to stay Sunday night with us - it's Oscars night on Sunday and she and SIL always stay up to watch it live. So I'll see you all on Sunday!!

No - it's really just in and out. Arrive around lunchtime, quick wander around the shops, meal booked for 5.30 and then the show, and early start on Sunday. Would love to see Bluesue again - I really think we need a Belfast meet (or a Dublin one )

I have never been to Ireland Quite a lot of Irish blood in my genes as well, from both sides of the family - N Irish (Derry) from Dad's side and Southern from mum's! I really should go some time

Mick has done a few rugby tours there in the dim and distant and said he had a blast
