Don't worry Ally - we'll all be super-quiet tomorrow morning!  :P Have a lovely time :D

Mick is back at his desk today - off again tomorrow - but he's hoping it will be quiet......It is hammering down here again! The river is so high already I don't see where it will all go, so am worried about floods :| We were mulling over popping to the rugby club tonight as it's only a 10 minute walk, but not in this weather :? I expect we'll stay up late for a glass or two here instead..... :)

Enjoy New Year everyone, whatever you're doing :) :) xx

Morning everyone

A little cloudy this morning, but all doors and windows are open :D

Not doing a lot, but cooking a nice dinner later and then early to bed, probably  I did sneak some superbock in the shopping trolley yesterday (that's a rather pleasant beer) so I'll have a couple of those later.

Enjoy yourselves,whatever you're doing xx

Good morning!

We will be seeing in the New Year at a neighbour's house with some drinks, a few eats and lots of chat. Very low key but very pleasant. May I wish a happy and healthy New Year to each and every one of you and your families.

Yes. you are. - Oh. you mean the weather. :D (but you are. too).

Good morning, all. Not much sun forecast for today here = just more wretched rain.

It's the weekly shopping expedition for us this morning. I quite enjoy it. Tescos this week.

Enjoy this last day of 2012. What a year it has been. What a mixture of good and bad things.

I'm so glad I was here to see it all.

Morning all. Horrible and rainy here too. Kaz, the rivers in Salisbury have burst their banks in some areas . Just thankful we live in a village higher up from there. Hope you don't get flooded
Not doing much today, but out to a New Year's Eve Milonga tonight with some friends :D
Have a very Happy New Year everyone xxx

I hope so too Loz! I don't think our house is in danger - this estate didn't flood even in the 2007 terrible floods - but it might affect the water and electric supplies if it gets bad! They were out for weeks on and off in 2007......... Not to mention the difficulties of moving around the city - fingers crossed it stops soon XX

Enjoy your milonga!!! :P :P

We've got very strong winds here in Sussex, I can see the waves crashing out at sea and the gulls are flying backwards.
Popping out for a few supplies. Then baton down the hatches!
Have a good New Year's Eve, and lets hope it's a good 2013 for everyone.
