Morning all. Lovely morning here - the birds are tweeting away.

I had the worst nights sleep ever - I was still watching the clock at 3.45am knowing that my alarm was due to go off at 6.30.

Back to normal here - Mick away for the night, girls back to school and me back to work. Only til lunchtime for me though and then I'm going riding.

I should be at bokwa tonight but I think I'll give it a miss and have a bath and an early night instead. I'll be going on Thursday night instead.

Debih I hate sleepless nights Hope tonight is better for you - we slept restlessly too, Mick twisted his back on Saturday lifting the Vax and it's just got worse and worse since then - as he has a mild cold too he kept sneezing last night and yelping in pain as he sneezed He's insisting he doesn't need the doctor, apparently anti-inflammatories will suffice!

No big plans - I was going to do my roots but think I'll leave that for later in the week, the usual Monday cleaning but otherwise nothing special on the agenda

Pootling for us today, Grumpy has a few jobs he's been putting off that will be done today

Pork piri piri tonight - it smells gorgeous already - just hope it tastes the same

I know Saundra, poor Mick I wrenched my back muscles emptying the hoover once, it was agony for a week or more

I hope J has a lovely birthday and holiday away I have no idea where the years go, my eldest will be 36 this year

morning all - a lovely sunny morning here. 1/2 definitely is over; the roads are busier and the car park back to being quite full.

My alarm didn't go off this morning so a bit of a rush start to the day - never good

Was up and out early this morning for a 12km yomp round and beyond Malaga port - it was smashing.

The schools are off this week in Andalucia as it's Semana Blanca.

Walking into town with Don for a few beers early doors.
