Morning all, I think my Springtime body clock is kicking in also, Saundra, I was awake bright and breezy at 7am  - but I managed to force myself to stay in bed for another 1½ hours ;) Sunny and breezy here too, and quite chilly. Washing is blowing on the line (hopefully not into next door as a tablecloth did yesterday!), and I've done some general tidying up. Going for a walk shortly and will go to the bottle bank while out, and also to the railway station to collect some tickets - Miss Osc and I are going to Belfast on Saturday week to see Brendan Cole. I absolutely have to finish the ironing this afternoon. Have a good day everyone :)

Morning all :D

Bright and sunny here 8-) We're making full use of the car today and will be driving along the west coast, stopping along the way to take in the scenery and generally have a good look around. Will definitely stop in Speightstown for a mooch and maybe have lunch at the yacht club at Port St Charles where youngest daughter and SIL spent their honeymoon.

Hope you're all having a good day :D

Hi all - we are in Alnwick :D

Drove up about 10am, it only takes an hour but T wanted to make the most of it :D We are staying in the loveliest little cottage in the heart of the town, we hoped to get to stay at Alnmouth again but 'our' place was booked....it's only a short drive away though, and yes we have already been and walked along a very windy beach :D 8-) We've had a few light showers as well, but nothing too awful. Just back now and having a sit down and a chill, T is snoozing :) 8-) We go home on Sunday ;)

Hope everyone is well - Kaz I bet B has lots to tell you about :D

Meant to add a link  - this is our home for the next couple of days 8-)

Another landslip last night, between Bournemouth & Boscombe piers  They're still clearing all the debris that used to be beach huts from all along that stretch.
Oh yes, and somewhere I'm sure I've posted a pic of Hurst castle, which is at the end of about a mile-long spit - except it's not any more, apparently the spit is completely gone :o

We had a big one last week too . Lots of people were about and they brought heat seeking equiment and dogs in but it seems nobody was under that lot.

Continuity will be a headache if they do Broadchurch down here again. :D

OMG Molly  Thank goodness nobody was hurt!!

Gal that looks delightful, I hope you and T have a smashing weekend :)

Well the sun stayed out here, just long enough for me to get to town, then it rained so I had to make a mad dash for Coffee#1 where it would have been rude not to have a toasted teacake for my lunch ;) Then I went to get my hair cut - I feel miles better for that!! The sun came back out just in time for me to walk home, and is shining still :) 8-) :)
