I can't resist. When we went to Florida, John took the boys to an airboat ride so I had the day to myself and yes, I went to the outlet mall...but I spent just as much time mooching around the supermarkets

Jo when I first went to the States I was thrilled just mooching round the supermarkets, so many things I'd never seen or heard of
There was a thing called a Swish-O-dish, a washing-up brush, you filled the handle with washing-up liquid so it dispensed it as you washed up You can get them here now, but in 1981??!
And ready meals

We went with minimal luggage but still had to buy extra bags to come home with

I'm ace at packing, everything has to go with everything else or it doesn't go in
