Just to let you know Mr Nobblynees had his surgery today. They put two plates in his pelvis. It was a long operation and when he was in recovery he tried to climb off the bed and walk off. Luckily they spotted him. He now faces a long road of physio and rehab

Poor sod, that sounds like a long op and a painful recovery. Lots of vibes to him.
I had a few bikes when I was young, and fell off a couple of times. They are wonderful fun, but dangerous. There but for the grace of God and all that.

I can't see Tom wanting one but can imagine Joe asking. My foot would/will be firmly down too.
