If he's anything like Bb he'd say what's the difference? - men don't see shades 8-)

I showed him metallic venetian blinds, for the bathroom. One was sapphire, it would go nicely with the aqua towels (the bathroom's black, white, chrome) - Oh, says he, it's green
No, I said, it's a pale/bright blue. But the towels are green he said :o
I know aqua can be greeny instead of bluey but ours are most definitely bluey :D

Kaz I have a couple of Le Creuset dishes, in orange, bought years ago at car boot sales. An oval baking dish and a little round one that can go on the hob. They don't go with anything else but I've grown to love them :)

 Di that was my first thought as well when I read Ally's post - what's the bet that when she pointed out to Don that it's cream that he was totally bewildered because to him it was quite white enough

I tra-la-laad my way happily into the kitchen this morning.

Only to be faced with the horror that is the toaster!

I've now decided it is not cream! It's too horrible for cream!

I made myself look at it properly and not through the hate veil that envelopes my eyes every time I do look at it - and honestly can't describe the actual colour.

I googled 'different shades of cream' and guess what?

Our toaster doesn't even qualify for a colour/shade/hue!

I absolutely hate it!

It goes with NOTHING in my kitchen!

Conor used it last night so unless it somehow accidentally gets dropped from a great height and smashes into smithereens then I'm stuck with it.
