I discovered today that the company Shambala aptly named is a sham. Reading the review we discovered the company is in Spain. No email or contact address. Dozens of letters exposing the scam. Trust me to get taken in.

Seemingly I have some chance if the steamer doesn't arrive within fifteen days. I am utterly depressed, what a start we have had since the New Year came in, we were praying 2014 would be better than 2013, it was a lousy year and this year has been a disaster so far,

How exactly did you order it Kate? There must be something that proves it, and then if the cleaner doesn't turn up you can get your money back via the bank. Don't whatever you do write it off!

Yes I will do as the bank says wait for fifteen days. Gus told me to check the company out before I committed myself!
When will I learn. As she says I will not be told!!!!

We have had a steam cleaner for quite some time. Got it from a shop in Kent when we were visiting our grand daughter. They are now advertised on TV. Not had any problems with it and it does what it says on the tin. Ours is green but they are now doing them in other colours.
