Jo with the amount of dirt the dogs tread in, I am seriously considering a steam mop, Are they really that good?

I might look at the Vax steam mop. Most of our floors are wooden, so need a good clean when Jasper and mucky men have been tramping over it.

Good luck Kate x

I'd like a steam mop for my hard floors but as Pederito says you need a proper shampooer like a Vax to clean your carpet, a steamer will only freshen it ;)

Thanks for the link Jo 8-) :)

Kate, I have done a search for the company using different spellings and various domains .org .net .co.uk and so on, but nothing.

As Jo says, you should have a confirmation e-mail and it might be in your Spam folder. The site should also be in your browser history, assuming that you have not cleared it, but it might not be evident from the links given. If you were directed from one site to the site where the steam mop was sold then it might not show and you will have to use your memory to decide which one you think could be the one, or open and close links until you find the right one. Good luck.

BTW I have a steam mop and would not waste electricity using it - complete rubbish. I also have a VAX wet or dry cleaner/shampooer and would not be without it, it does carpets or lino/laminate floors with ease.
