I'm quite pleased - my chicken slop was only 8 WW points.

I still have enough points left for a large glass of red when I get back from Bokwa!

It was going to be a roast chicken, but I cba and anyway it seemed a bit of a waste on a fast day.
So we had a really yummy superfood frittata, spinach and purple sprouting broccoli, with a couple of cherry tomatoes and a sprinkling of parmesan :)

We'll have the chicken tomorrow, when we can have it how we'd like it :)

It's chicken fracases. Lol.

Make a white sauce, add more milk. Season. Add left over roast chicken so it's lovely and chickeny and sloppy. Add frozen peas. Serve with rice (though that makes it a rather colourless meal!), crusty bread or even better, chips.

Chicken and mushroom slop then.

It makes a nice pie filling - nice flaky pastry on the top.
