Good morning Saturday

Postby Ally » 18 Jan 2014, 07:51

Good morning. :D

It rained during the night and rain is forecast for today although it looks ok at the mo.
This is the first proper rain since late last March so is very welcome for the reservoirs as they are very low. Image

I'm just going to dash out shortly for a quick run and plan to spend the day reading - after my Mr Martin ogle fest.

Today is a plank free day so I'm guessing Di will be as happy as me on that front. ;) ;)

Enjoy the day everyone. :D

Morning all! :) :)

Yet more rain forecast here - so blooming sick of it now! That means I'm unlikely to persuade his nibs that we should walk out on our travels today, rather than use the car!

It's a quiet weekend here, just us and the nutty hounds!

I see they found that little lad's body, in Scotland :( That's very sad :(

Have a nice Saturday everyone, thoughts for the poorlies and those in need of a hug - hope Lissie's D gets home today ((((((((x))))))))

There's been real concern about the low water levels Ton so the rain is very welcome and as I type the sun is back out. :D

The gardens are looking nice and fresh.

Bacon is being cooked now for a double sandwich.

I love a spinach and chickpea combo.

Morning :)
Dull, wet and more rain to come :( Tomorrow's meant to be nice :)
Friend is supposed to be coming down for the weekend but nor sure if she will in this weather.
Yes Ally I remembered soon after I woke up that it's no-plank day :D I'd meant to ask you when you last had any proper rain, I couldn't remember you mentioning it for ages.

Bb's working, nothing particular planned, like you Kaz it's not really mooching weather so will probably stay in, maybe make a cake :)
Hope Mr Lissie's ok and hope everyone has a good day

Morning chums :D Yep, rain again here.
Just ordered some parts for my 30 year old Singer sewing machine. It gave up yesterday and after a little tinker (like men do) D can fix it, so once the parts come I'll be up and running again. I didn't want to buy a new one as this was a wedding present from my mum and dad :D
Shopping for me, then tango tonight :D
Have a good one chums xxx
