Really shocked to read this, very sad news...he'll forever be remembered for the bar scene in Only Fools And Horses

Oh that is sad.

The best line was when he said he'd had the same broom for years - just different handles and heads. Delivered very dead-pan.

So very sad - remember how Trigger always called Rodney "Dave"? Always remembered through his characters.
