Dull and dry at the moment.

It is my Mummy's Birthday and she has reached the grand old age of 87.
I shall be popping round later to give her a Birthday hug and kiss. ;)
Not a lot else happening, unless George Clooney decides to visit and whisk me off for a romantic dinner in Paris (yeah right, like that's ever goona happen  )

Hugs to any poorlies!!

Have a good one!! :D

Morning :)
Not exactly wonderful weather but not too bad as yet,

Thanks Ally, will be doing that soon :)
Hope OH is doing ok this morning Lissie (((x)))
Must work out dinner - a fast day today; I have an aubergine so may calculate how many cals might be in a veggie moussaka.
Nothing exciting here either, just ironing and stuff :)
Have a good day all

Good morning, all.

It's a lovely morning here - dry and sunny - and no rain.

Just back from an hour's walk in the park, where I met many of my fellow dog-walkers
and Prince had lots of sniffing. This coffee is gorgeous. :D

Love to to all. xxx

Good afternoon all, it's still sunny and mild but breezy here and we're forecast showers for later.

I did the gym first thing and then came home and walked Billy. The window cleaners came while I was at the gym, they always put the bill through the letterbox and we pay online. Anyway they've charged us for two cleans so I'm waiting for a reply to my email as I paid them on December 2nd so we only owe for today's clean.

Then when I was walking back with Billy I noticed that there was something sticking out at the side of the pot by our front door - it was a rather damp parcel. We rarely enter the house by the front door, it's more convenient to come through the back and into the tiled kitchen as Billy's usually with us. It's got a Yodel label on it, surprise surprise, and I don't know how long it's been there but the date on the label states 10/01/14 and it's supposedly an Express 24 delivery. There certainly hasn't been a card put through the door though to say that a parcel had been left.

I've got some ironing to do once the washing's dry - it's whizzing around in the garden at the moment - and I need to do the weekly big shop so I'll plan out what we're going to be eating for the next week this afternoon.

Have a good day all!

My one experience with Yodel was bad Jo, so you don't surprise me :x :(

Oh and it has poured down here again, all day!!!! It does get a bit relentless here.......................... :( I still went out though, we needed some groceries, but it was raining far too heavily to walk - so I bussed it into town, used the Sainsbury's there and got the bus back!
