Morning all.

I am at work - supposed to be working but on here instead. Not for long though as during our core hours (10am to 12pm) I can only get on work approved sites. Sadly this isn't one of them!

Finishing at 2pm and off for my weekly meeting with the head teacher. Then home to not do very much. I think it might be bath and early night tonight.

I can "feel" my stomach muscles this morning - obviously the Bokwa did me some good.

Good morning everyone. Sorry I've been awol lately but I've been doing a spot of sick visiting and haven't had a lot of spare time. I just looked in to see if Frank's STD was back and I'm very glad it is. Hope everyone is well.

Morning all, not too bad a morning here, damp but not very cold. I plan to take it fairly easy today as I did lots yesterday and I want to save my energy for going dancing tonight. I still have my cold and himself has a cough Heading out for a walk shortly, then shower and hair wash. Might do a bit of genealogy stuff this afternoon as I had an email from a distant relative in New Zealand asking for some info - I haven't done anything for ages so today might be the day. Hope the switch over goes okay Jo, we were very lucky when we did ours, no problems at all. Amazing really as it involved three companies so we were a tad nervous.

Had a fun evening with our Canadian friends last night. They've been coming here for over 20 years and stay for 6 months each year, lucky people Lots of Canadians do the same so everyone knows everyone, it's a small island. We're seeing lots of the same faces as our favourite bar attracts lots of regulars. It's all very friendly and laid back.

Another sunny day here..........oops will soon be sounding like you Ally Just finishing brekkie and then we're heading off to the beach for the day.

hi everyone

Back to work today after being off yesterday as a certain little lady wasn't well - she is all better now , she had a good day at school and is now playing with her friend a few doors down, will be back soon for tea!

I had a really good day at work today, I done my first baby immunisations and it went fine, the nurse I was working with was lovely and am going back tomorrow after a meeting to do more

Off to find something for tea then empty the washing machine as I feel it will finish very soon!
