Plumbago's beautiful Ton but it is a bit like a weed in your climate

Bb only has to work this afternoon so we're soon to have a sausage buttie then go into town for a bit.
And tonight we're going out for dinner - nowhere special, we've tried it on my birthday several times, restaurants tend to be a bit rubbish in January so we're sticking to Wetherspoons for steak and chips

It's bright and sunny here, and I've had a lovely long walk this morning. Prince is flat out now

Morning all, it's very sunny here but cold - we had a covering of snow overnight. It's mostly gone though now apart from on the lawns. It's icy out though so I've not taken Billy yet.

John had to go to Luton today, they're working on designing something for some factory there so he had to be there for an induction at 8am so was up at 4.30am, ready to leave at 5 because of traffic, and of course he couldn't get up and go out quietly

I'm going to bake a cake shortly, do some housework and then hopefully will have half an hour with Bridget Jones this afternoon.

thanks all, Amy seems to be better, doesnt sound as choked up and not blowing her nose so I think we can say back to work/school tomorrow!
