It's still dark out there, but dry and should be a good day

Up early to miss the traffic and off we go to the hospital again Will do the shopping on the way back an then maybe a beer or two - yes, I know it's supposed to be a dry January, but one day or two won't make a lot of difference

Another day of sunshiney warmness forecast.

Badminton this morning then walking to Nelly's for my Frenglish lesson. Très bon

Back to work today 4 -8 which takes me nicely up to Friday which I don't work.

Morning all.

Second batch of children sent off to school. H & E (neighbours children) arrive at 7.30, L leaves at 7.40 for secondary school lower site, S leaves at 7.45 for the bus to secondary school upper site and H & E leave at 8.15 for primary school. It's like Picadilly Circus here twice a week!

I have adoption panel today - it's going to be a stressful one. Due to finish at 4.30 so I'm going to go on to the inlaws to make sure all is ok for their return from their cruise tomorrow. I'll grab a bowl of soup whilst I'm there as I'm off to Pilates at 6pm. Then pick girls up from my mums after it finishes at 7pm and home for bath and bed!

Well as I mentioned it has rained heavily re again, not raining at the moment but soooo grey and soggy out there Off to the doctor's shortly for the results of my blood tests......After that I'm not sure really, I'll see where the day takes me

Good morning, all.

My day, hopefully, will probably be less stressful than some of you. I'm not planning on doing much though.
We had an old friend come to visit us yesterday, When I say 'old' I mean she was born the same year as me.
She is about to move into a similar retirement apartment to ours and was in need of reassuring. I think that
we succeeded. I cheered her up a bit by singing her a medley of songs published in 1924, our birth year, and
she knew every one! (You might, too).

We have sunshine It's cleared in the last hour or so, it's all bright and lovely Going to get colder which I don't mind at all, so long as it doesn't freeze all that water everywhere.

Bb's not working till later this afternoon, so no need to rush. We're going into town for some odds and ends of shopping, apart from that not much
