Not sure what I'll have this evening. I'm having left over mushroom stroganoff for lunch today and am trying to finish off what's in my fridge so I can restock with healthier options. Who knows what I'll end up conconcting tonight

Our lemon trees this past year have yielded so many I'm probably oozing vitamin C as I type.

Mind you there are so many ways to use up lemons as Debih will tell you.

Mick and Becks are having local pork and apple sausages, with potato wedges and veggies I was going to have a beef salad but someone has finished the salad leaves, so I might defrost a WW meal and add extra veggies
