Yes pleeeease Ally, paella's one of my favourites :D

Fast day for us today; have lots of mushrooms for some reason so think I'm going to make a very mushroomy frittata/tortilla,maybe with added broccoli :) And maybe a bit of goats cheese :D

I too love Paella as do us all. :D

Jacob doesn't like prawns so I dish his up and then add loads of them for the rest of us.

Chilli for himself and I'm having pasta. Was going to add peppers, but now need them for tomorrows dinner, so will add cheese sauce and a little bit of left over presento.

D'you know, I've never had paella?

A pasta dish. Making a sauce with sausage (squeezed out of skins), mushrooms, peppers, chilli, onion, tinned toms...you get the idea  All covered in sinful amounts of cheese

Becks and Mick have had a huuuge jacket spud each, with various cold meats and salad! I had beans on gluten-free toast, not very hungry :?

We had another roast dinner. The rest of yesterday's chicken (with enough left for Micks dinner on Thursday), boiled potatoes, stuffing (left over from yesterday), cabbage, carrots and beans. It was lush.

I'm in the middle of making an enormous pot of minestrone soup to use up some left over veg. Much to everyone's disgust (they are used to their cooked dinners every night) I have announced that that will be tomorrow's dinner, bulked out with crusty bread - which they can make into sandwiches if they like.

Cold cuts off the remains of an Aldi Four Bird Roast (wot we had yesterday), with microwaved Asda Mash Potato, peas, cranberry sauce and chicken Bisto gravy.

And very nice it was too! Still enough bird left for another meal ......

Had the stitches out following the operation on New Years Eve, Ali, thanks, but she is now in a full lower leg plaster-cast, so she's still relatively immobile (using zimmer). Got to go back to Rehabilitation at the end of the month.

So I'm still on cooking / shopping / housework duties!
