I thought I might give it a go but I need tips.
I don't want to be fafffing about cooking so need to be having quick and easy meals.
The girls go to my mums for dinner on a Thursday so that's a perfect day (though that was also the perfect day for a swim before I pick them up). The other day would be hard as I'd still be cooking a meal for Mick and the girls (he can fend for himself on the Thursday).
I'm not really sure if it's the diet for me but I'll give it a go.
