Looks great! I'd love a slice, Christmas cake is something we never have. My Mom always used to make us a small one and it always ended up being thrown out as I was the only one who liked it :shock:
I have bought a stollen though.

Mick and Chris like it, and I might risk a tiny slice as it is nut free - a bit rich for me but I might fancy it ;)

I'll wrap up a chunk for Chris to take home :)
