Morning all :)

Enjoy your final day Ally, hope your flight's on time.

We had a lovely day yesterday with eldest daughter and grandchildren :D :D :D They almost ate us out of house and home  but luckily there's just enough left over to do for dinner today.

I'm up extra early as it's the hairdresser this morning. Need to detour into our local shops on the way home. Thought I was done with shopping, but having asked youngest daughter if there was anything more we could bring on Boxing Day, discovered I didn't have everything after all

Hope you all have a good day :)

morning all,

So nice to be off work and Amy off school, woohoo :D :D woke up just after 7 this morning, so an hour later than normal, yay!

Had to get up this morning as I have an 'am' visit booked from the council, a surveyor is coming to check out the bathroom as I am to get a new one fitted! :P :P

Going to pop to a local farm later to pick up some Eggs - have to have egg on Christmas Day, usually boiled ;) its the law in my my house! lol!

Oh and yesterday we went out and once again found some kind of animal poo in my garden, I had thought a dog had come in when the gate was open the other week as I leave it open when Amy is down at her friends (2 doors down), but the gate was closed...............worked out it must be a cat......there was LOTS of it and i was fuming, so went online, read lots of reviews and bought a gadget that goes in the garden and has a sensor, when anything passes it, it lets of a high pitch noise and over 30 reviews said it worked quickly, so fingers crossed it comes soon! Used my nectar points on ebay so got £10 off (cost me £4!)

Hope it works as I am fed up going out and picking up poo when I don't even have a pet!!

Tomorrow we are going to see White Christmas WE ARE SO EXCITED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

:P :P :P :P

Have a good day all

Morning Ally, Jen and everyone

A gorgouesly sunny but rather crisp morning 8-)

Been down to the village already, as Ze took the car last night, for it's mot this morning, so I need money to pay him. I was "Bom Dia" ering all over the place

Washing and then ironing today, the washing up fairy came when I was out, so that was nice

Hope you all have a good day and safe flight Ally xx

Morning everyone :) Have a good flight home Ally.
Glad you had a great day yesterday Jen :)
Poll, hope your gadget works. It's not nice having animal poo in your garden. Cat's usually cover it up though, could it be a fox? :o

I've got my mum and my FiL arriving today. D is picking them up. They are both here until after New Year...Yikes!!! So two rooms to get ready and two lots of 'stuff' to store away

Wishing everyone a good day xxx

I had thought it might be a fox, as there are foxes about here as I live right next to the woods, but I have a very high fence (6ft) so dont think a fox would get over it? Can't be sure though!

Hopefully the gadget works :o

Morning all :) The weather is a bit extreme here, Becky was going to Cardiff for the day, to see a friend, but the travel warnings are bad over here so she's cancelled. I'm sorry for her, but glad she is being sensible as I really don't want her getting stuck overnight there and then have problems getting back :? It's awfully dark here still and will be all day no doubt :?

I have enough food in to feed an army, but will need to pop out for fresh milk and bread sometime either today or tomorrow, not sure which day will be best and I'm definitely not going anywhere near the big Sainsbury's, it will be either the Co-op or the small M&S Food at the garage

Everyone seems very busy - I hope you all have a lovely day whatever you are doing :D :) xxxxx

ETA Yes Poll it could well be a fox, they can get over very high hedges and fences!!
