Well good morning girls and boys, the dinner went very well, lots of compliments, champagne gifted by friends, and some good wines.
As usual when I have had a day cooking my own appetite has faded. The two aged people I invited had to cancel as the wife is on morphine and they had to call the doctor out to her. However my doctor friend and his wife were delighted to join us and the table seating was complete. I love cooking and feeding people, I remember your visit fondly Osc.xxxx and Aggers who did not stay for lunch. Looking forward to Alli's visit :D :D and any one else who ventures this way!!

Strangely Ally I was thinking about that the other day, on one of my walks into town - I do my best thinking whilst walking  - and yes we should definitely have anther meet next summer. I'm up for it being annual :P :P

I think maybe a big shiny thread after New Year? It's only a few weeks away, and easier to plan once all the Christmas stuff is out of the way 8-)
