Good morning Monday

Morning all. Its pretty chilly here.

Work for me til 2.30pm (although I'm not getting very far in the getting ready to go stakes. Am still sat in my pj's and not had my breakfast yet. Am intending on watching Last Tango in Halifax before I go. Thank god for flexi time!!!). Then home to meet the gas man - he made a temporary repair on Saturday morning so we have heat and hot water again (it stopped working on Wednesday night, I couldn't be in on Thursday, he didn't turn up on Friday so eventually came first thing Saturday morning) and then I need to go shopping - the fridge is rather bare.

And that's my day!

A rather nice one here, not too cold and fairly bright
Waiting down here while Bb's out with Minnie for the garage to phone back. He's phoned to check they have the car and the keys etc. so they'll be phoning back to let us know what's happening/when it will be done.
Fingers and everything possible crossed, Bb has work to go and collect. It should be today, obviously that's not going to happen but needs to be soon, plus there are appointments in Southampton on Wednesday

Anyway, apart from that I'd intended staying in as there are parcel deliveries due. Usual Monday jobs, bits of boring paperwork, this and that.

We were woken twice to let Fraggle out last night The first time was about 3ish so we went right back to sleep, the second was 6ish and I couldn't get back to sleep so lay awake trying to remember where I've put all the pressies and wrapping - me and my safe places I'll have to look for them today to put my mind at rest

Some housey stuff today but I did loads yesterday afternoon while Mick and the woofies were out, so not as much as usual......will still need to put a wash on though. Walk later I think.......

Late start for us - couldn't be bothered to get up out of the very warm pit into the cold

But it's a lovely, sunn morning, with a brisk breeze.

A quiet day, must have a root under the stairs and sort that cupboard out and Grump+y has to look at one of the windows, as it's talking to us when we open and close it

Hope the ar is done quickly and relatively cheaply too Di xx

Morning all Very misty and mysterious here this morning!
Jasper is barking his head off because the people at the end of our garden have had some wood delivered and he can see movement over the top of the fence I hope they move the wood soon before I deaf in the other ear
Good luck today with the car repairs Di. Hope it isn't too expensive.
Staying in for deliveries and will probably defrost the fridge freezer and get it ready for Christmas

Expecting a client at 11.30, afterwards need to pop down the road for some fresh veggies as we're completely out. That's about as exciting as our day gets today.
