When I first visited Yorkshire with my soon-to-be-husband in 1977 lots of clubs had ladies bars and bars where women weren't allowed! Coming from London this amazed me

lol kaz, i suppose its what I have grown up with so didn't think anything of it really, now i think 'how very rude'!! in those days men went to the pub and the good wifey stayed at home, lol!

yep ton, i suppose its not cheap is it! Amy had a kids meal so her main and pudding (ice lolly) and i had my pitta thing and we both had 'bottomless' glasses of juice - can refill as often as you want, but only so much you can drink! lol!

have to say if we go to a different restaurant we can both get a main, pudding and drink for £20 so maybe Nando's is a bit over priced lol!

I took Mick, Becks and Doreen (MIL) out for a meal on Mick's birthday and it cost almost £20 per head It was only a Beefeater or Brewers Fayre type place as well

Last nights meal, for three of us, with cheese, bread, olives, 3 chicken, chips, rice, salad, 2 litres of red wine, coffee and brandy cost under 45 euros.
