Morning Saundra and all that follow.

Chilly here this morning - I haven't taken the dog out yet as it was so dark and cold. I'm not starting work until a little later this morning so will take her out before I go.

Work until around 1pm today and then home to potter. I need to order more chill out stuff for the dog ready for NYE and I will be putting the call in to S's head of year in half an hour or so - I want to try to catch her before the start of school (though S tells me there is an assembly today). When I spoke to her before about something else (us taking them out of school for a week in March/April) we kept missing each other and she rang me back in the evening from her home so I know I will get hold of her at some point over the next day or so. She seemed very nice so I am not anticipating any problems - I just want to try to get her take on it all. S is fine this morning - she really does seem pretty unfazed by it all (I think it helps that she is hanging round with a completely different group who are in Yr 11 - although the fact that she is friends with a group of kids who are 2 years older than her seems to be fueling this other girls fire. Pure jealousy I think).

No plans for this evening other than a nice long soak in the bath.

Raining here, which is a pain as I'm bussing it into Cheltenham. Realised last night I didn't have enough cash on me for the day rider ticket I usually buy - much cheaper in the long run - but by raiding Mick's change tray I have enough in 'shrapnel' to get a single then can get some cash in Cheltenham to get home Was a bit panicked last night as otherwise I'd have had to walk into town first for a bank ATM which would have been a real nuisance!

Fraggle messed on the landing carpet last night, he only does it when he's worried or upset - last time it was the fireworks - so I think he's really upset by Mick being away! Unfortunately I have to leave them alone to go out today, but will shut them in the kitchen with their beds, toys and of course access to their bowls in the utility and hope they'll be happy enough for a few hours Mick is home tonight anyway, he rang last night - nice hotel, nice food etc etc so I think it was almost worth the trip

Not looking forward to all this drilling and stuff, I need lots of injections as I can't have the usual ones which contain adrenaline as they send my heart into palpitations and racing, the ones without are less effective so you need more of them.........I will be sooo glad when it's done! Wish me luck?

Another dull day here, not too cold though. Not sure what to do today, yesterday having been cancelled. There are parcels due here too over the next few days, that's why we were going out yesterday

Another gorgeously sunny morning, but by 'eck, that's a chilly wind

Been shopping, bought some of that Aldi's cream liquer, so will be trying that in a day or so, although I'm trying to be good on the booze front, as I have a blood test a week on Thursday Hope the vampires are kind to you too Loz xx

Hopethe dentist is kind to you Kaz, your parcel has arrived Saundra. Debih, good luck with the school, hope you can get it sorted out without too many problmes and a hug for the poorly one's.

Pootling again today, but also need to pop into our English neighbour, as she is returning to England tomorrow morning, for a few months. I really really want to sell my house before she does

Wet and miserable here, what a great excuse to stay snug and warm inside

E's just popped out to get the papers so a nice leisurely brekkie is first on the agenda. Later we're going to tackle the tree decs, we love making the house look Chrismassy

Feeling loads better thank you.

Had my haircut this morning and am now pootling trying to organize for tomorrow's trip to the UK.

The only thing I've done so far is look out my passport!

Meeting my friend in town soon for coffee and cake.

Work tonight 6.15.

Hope Kaz's appointment is going ok.
