Good morning. :D :D

And the sun is splitting the trees on this St Andrew's Day. :kick: :kick:

I've had a quick walk and enjoyed a cuppa on the terrace. 8-) 8-)

Mr Martin lust fest at 11.

Walking into town for some bits this afternoon. :D

Making the new curry for later as no doubt we'll go to the pub first.

Enjoy the day. :D

Having a nice lie-in here - well sort of Mick has had to take the hounds out ;) It's looking like a bright day which is great 8-) It's just us this weekend again, Becks is busy and Harry has a football tournament to play in........We'll be going out later no doubt for a wander :)

Spoke to Becks last night, she's loving her Friday zoo placement, yesterday was getting to know Archie the Armadillo who sounds a real character 8-)

Hope everyone has a great weekend :) xxxxx

Morning all :D

Bright and sunny here, hope it lasts for tomorrow.

Might try a quick drive down the road later, really would like to look for some cheap readers. Probably not a good idea to get too near the shops though, expect there will be crowds out looking for Christmas pressies.

Hope you all have a good day :D

Morning all :)
It's a beeeauuutiful day :D
Bb has to work :( It's the big Christmas fair etc in the next town today, so I'm hoping he gets done in time for us to go.
There are craft stalls all along the high street, farmers' market, French street market, more crafts in the big hall - and Fred Dineage switching on the lights :D
I managed to save a nice big sausage roll for his lunchbox so I'm in his good books ;)

I might do some websurfing to try and find some Christmas presents, since I haven't bought a single thing yet :D

Glad B is so happy with it all Kaz - Archie the armadillo
Enjoy your curries :)
I shall be sorting out that pork later, luckily had a look at the James Martin recipe and had done the right thing by leaving it in the liquid :)
Jen hope your trial drive goes ok, glad you're feeling up to it x
Have a good day all

Morning all.

I am in the middle of making mini quiches for my pamper day tomorrow (or rather I was until S, L and S's friend decided to surface and take over the kitchen for pancake making!). Hopefully they will clear off out soon.

Mick is outside being manly with a chainsaw, chopping up wood for stacking. Its given the weather really dropping cold next week so we need to get fully stocked up.

I am making my mini quiches and then some mini mince pies, make my limoncello ready for Boxing Day (I'm very late with that!), I have adoption papers to read and Christmas cards to write and also need to battle through the junk in the attic (which I never got around to clearing out) to get to the advent calendars ready for tomorrow.

I am off out to a party tonight although am not intending on staying too late or drinking too much as I don't want to be hung over for pamper day tomorrow (although I'm sure a few glasses of asti and lime will soon blow that away).
Life begins at the end of your comfort zone!
