I can understand that Ton :)
So it might be best if she now finds a buyer really quickly, then it will all be back to square one and yours at a fair price ;)

Indeedy :kick:

But I really really wanted to sell ours first.

She keeps on about having a 4 bedroomed house and they sell much quicker than a 3 bed

AND - sorry, on a roll - she said she would never have a board outside her house.

And the next day? Up goes the board -with the same agent as us

Generally speaking, I'd have thought far more 3-beds are sold than 4-beds.
And anyway, none of us liked hers ;) :-P

Ton, maybe it might generate some extra interest, and viewings, for your house if her viewers see that your's is for sale too.
