A dreadful situation Shaz and it certainly looks as if she will need a nursing home in the not too distant future. SociaL Services will have to be pressurised into doing something for her and has already been said the CAB might help or perhaps you could draft a letter to SS and get her to sign it setting out her plight? Fraid she would have to lose the dog if she did go into a home which could be devastating.
