Kaz, I am so sorry it didn't work out but glad they're fitting you in for Wednesday and hopefully everything will then be sorted once and for all.

As a matter of interest, did they say why the procedure you have works with most but not for a small percentage of people? What is it that makes it fail?

Thanks Ria Yes apparently the surface of some people's teeth just won't tolerate it - so the Teflon jokes weren't far off the mark lol

Poll yes it is hugely frustrating, but having said that at least I do know I gave this less invasive procedure every chance xxxx
