At least it is not coming through the ceiling like Debih's was.
Hope everything gets fixed soon.
Have you taken any photos? It may be useful when it comes to agreeing settlement of the claim.

I have photographs. I rang Nationwide who said get someone to quote for lifting the floor and finding the leak, if it is below £1000 go ahead if not contact us. I pointed out lifting the floor may be a tad difficult the tiles are set in cement. We have now emailed and asked for an assessor to come out beforehand. This is no normal leak, it is seeping through the concrete

I tried to put some photos on, but even though I have been to photobucket and selected the code for forums it still says they are too big
