I do know what you mean, I'm the same, you look at it and only see what's not quite as you'd like it, but that's silly, unless you'd paid £100 for it
That guitar cake I made, I knew it wasn't quite perfect but kept telling myself it was the effect that mattered - that and the fact I'd bothered to make it

He loved it Jo. He was really surprised - he knew I was making something but couldn't even contemplate thats what it was.

It took a couple of whacks to break it and when it did all the skittles shot out.

I had kept lots of sweets in their packets (mini Haribo's) but put two big packets of skittles in (not in packets).

The chocolate tastes lovely - definitely made a difference using proper chocolate rather than cooking chocolate.

I'm dropping the mould off at a friends later as she wants to make one for her daughter's 16th birthday next month and another friend then wants to borrow it for her sons 13th in February. I should charge for hiring it out.
