Morning all :D

Saundra enjoy your visitors - Loz have a fabulous time :D :D

It's dry here but there's a frost   We're still in bed, and I can see it on the roof of the house sideways on to us, it's bright white :? No Harry, no Becks this weekend so we'll be amusing ourselves :) 8-)

Loz I can see us looking for a dog-sitter at some point, up until now Mick's mum has been happy to take Pepper for the day if we've gone anywhere, but we can't ask her to take both, it's too much :? I'm already wondering how we're going to get to my sister's over Christmas :? I'll have to look into it locally I think 8-)

Ria I hope your weekend in Brighton goes ok ;)

Have a good Saturday everyone :) xxxx

Morning everyone

Dull, grey and wet here

And I have a message on my new phone and not a clue on how to access it

Staying in today - not sure what we'll be doing, probably watching those zillions of station and Grumpy will be annoying me by zapping the remote every few minutes

Enjoy your day everyone, especially those who aren't looking forward to it ;) and those who are :D

Morning all :)
Absolutely beautiful here, clear blue sky and sunshine - ignore the temperature and we'd be beating Ally :D
Bb will be off out working shortly, not sure how long for. I might amuse myself in the kitchen, although there's only 1 egg left which rules out most cakes ;)

Saundra enjoy your visitor, Loz enjoy your workshop :)
Kaz I guess they get booked up, best get onto it ;)
Ton enjoy (try to ignore) all the zapping :D
Hope Ally's having a fantastic weekend, and hope meriad's is good :)

Looking forward to Dr Whoooooooooooooooo :D
Have a good day all

Morning all. Very frosty here.

No major plans for us today other than me playing at being mums taxi and taking the girls to meet up with friends at the cinema this afternoon and then going back to fetch them later.

This evening I am sending Mick out to fetch a takeaway so I can finish his birthday cake off that I have been making and hiding for the last few days. It is something new so I am hoping it works. I will post pictures later.

I am also looking forward to Dr Who - once it has been on maybe we won't be bombarded with constant adverts on BBC for it and mentions of it on FB. I don't understand the appeal of it and find it annoying that the BBC and media seem to think that everyone loves it (just as they do with soaps and reality tv). Drives me mad!

Morning all :D

Bright and sunny here at the moment, will wait for a proper weather report when E gets back with the papers.

Have a nice day with your visitors saundra. Enjoy the dancing loz. Hope the weekend in Brighton goes okay ria.

We've been invited to my old boss's for dinner this evening. Must admit I'm surprised it's actually still on, she's been promising/threatening to have us over ever since I retired. E's not really too keen on her husband and tbh although I saw him around a lot at work I can't say I know him well either, could be an interesting few hours. One thing for sure, we'll be getting lasagne for dinner, it's the only thing she's ever learnt to cook

Hope you all have a good day :D

Afternoon all, pleasant enough day here although chilly in a damp way. Didn't hang out washing as I reckon it wouldn't get one bit dry. Been mooching around since we got up, Mr. Osc had an idea of something he wanted to get Michael for Christmas, so we found one on Amazon and it's ordered. Off to have my shower now, then bringing a bagful of clothes to the local Coastguard station, they are having a collection for the Philippines. Roast pork for dinner, then probably going dancing this evening. Enjoy your day everyone :)
