The Homeserve engineer is still here, still digging the floor up, only now he has just hit a pipe, so we now have a major leak and also it means he won't be able to tell where the leak was as it will be wet everywhere. Hey ho. He isn't convinced it is a central heating problem so think we might end up having the whole floor taken up by the building insurance
