Morning all :D

Been wet and miserable here, but the sun is trying to come out. Hope it lasts for the rest of this morning. We're popping into town shortly, need to get a new battery put in mother's watch and will probably pick up the last few Christmas pressies while we're there.

Hope you all have a good day :D

Morning all :D Sorry for being late on parade but I had to take Jasper for his 10 day post op check. All is fine so normal service can be resumed. A nice walk off lead later :kick:
Big love to everyone here :D xxx

Afternoon :)
Didn't make it earlier, Bb's appointment was 10.15 so a bit of flying around showering etc - somehow I never wake up early when it's an appointment day :D Will update on that separately ;)

It was very dark and miserable but it got a bit brighter and at least it's dry - vicious cold wind though, one of those that feels like it's tearing your face off!
We stopped off in town on the way back so I do now have my fabby new boots :D

Ally glad it's all over now, and also glad you have your mini-break to look forward to :)
Saundra hop Lily's mum does ok, she'll be better next time x

I made soup yesterday (celery & celeriac) so we'll have that for lunch then I'm off out for another appointment.
Hope everyone's ok
Di

Afternoon all, it's grey here and extremely cold with a nasty north easterly wind. We have Michael today, he and Grandad are busy watching golf on the telly, but he wants to play golf in the garden and is resisting wearing a hat  Might do a bit of ironing while they are in the garden, otherwise not doing very much. Have a good day everyone :)

I went out and got my very last thing to do with the Christmas pressies - a pretty box for the crystal figurine that I bought for my MIL. Got it in Clinton's in the end, the boxes in M&S were either too big or too small  Then I decided to have a cuppa in the Costa's next door, which was a mistake - see the Random thread

Di that soup sounds lovely, a bowl of that and a slice of gluten-free toast would do me nicely for my dinner 8-) :D

Great news about Jasper, Loz :D :D 8-)
