Good morning all - it was such a stunningly beautiful morning on my way to work this morning. The sun really showed off the amazing array of autumn colours on the trees; just the perfect way to start a day. A bit overcast now and decidedly cooler than it's been.

Ally; glad you saw the GP and good luck with the blood tests this afternoon. Do you know how long it takes to get the results
