Work today 10-1 (Michelle's nursery) then my own classes 4.30-8.30.

Don's been brilliant..he's been a Domestic God and cooked all the meals for us all as I've not been home very much this week!.

We're off out for a walk soon, along the Ria Formosa That kilo I lost crept back home whilst I slept and we've both picked up a cold but we'll soldier on

Ton enjoy your walk - you know, weight fluctuates so much day to day, weighing yourself once a week gives you a better picture when you're trying to lose xxxx

Not sure what I'm up to today, might do the big weekend food shop, we have Harry again this weekend so will need to stock up. For a very skinny lad he cant half pack it away The other two are good eaters as well but they aren't skinny, so I find it fascinating to watch H eat - he must have hollow legs

Morning everyone, I been through the roller coaster toady, nothing overly bad, don't worry. They have their own threads. Apart from that, missey is off to the rubbish tip tomorrow for a kindy trip. I hope she is well enough. She's really looking forward to it. I may have to quietly dose her up.

Today I have to go to that lymphoedema clinic that I postponed twice, which I'm sure will be useful just wish it was more local. It's at 1.00 so messes up the whole day, plus Bb will have to drop me off then go and do some work and abandon it to come and collect me. Oh well.
