Keep taking the ibuprofen Debih, I learnt that it's not a good idea to stop it too early ;)

Debih, if the back isn't getting better then do as Shell said - make an appointment to see a Chiropractor or Osteopath. I personally prefer the Osteo but see what you can get a referral to

Hope you feel better very soon
