Feburary 2018. Not that far off really.

And I must go on a diet sooner rather than later. I said at 35 I didn't want to be fat and forty and then only started dieting when I was 39 and 10 months. I must give myself more time this time!!!

I said that Debbie, but it took me until 41 and then I lost stones and stones - about 4 of them :shock: :roll: Too many really, I went a bit scraggy :oops: :lol: :lol: No chance of being scraggy now :oops: :-P :cry: :lol:

I'm happy in my more than ample skin, I've never been skinny, apart from when I was ill the other year and went down to just under 9 stone :shock:

I looked 80, felt a lot older and although I'd like to be about 10 kilos less, sod it :kick: :kick: :kick:

Nothing - I was bending over to get something and coughed at the same time. I felt a pop and the pain had been excruciating. It does seem to be getting better but if it still hurts on Monday I will be off to the doctors
