Postby Ally » 30 Oct 2013, 07:18

Good morning.

Another lovely sunny day. 8-) 8-)

Been for a run and now enjoying a cuppa. :D :D

Taking mum and dad to the airport at 2pm as their flight is at 4 o'clock. :(
They've had a fantastic holiday and I've adored having them here..safe flight mum and dad. xx

I might go for a bike ride after that to stop me feeling blue. :(

Work 6.15-9.15.

Hug for Di today.

Enjoy the day everyone.

Good morning all.

Blue skies and rather cold here. Really enjoyed my walk with Prince.

Nothing special planned for today, but I've plenty of things to do, if I feel so inclined.

Have a good day.

Morning everyone

Another glorious morning 8-) :kick:

Big hugs to Ally and Di xxx Safe journey home to your mum and dad Ally x

Grumpy has had his haircut this morning (by me  ) and if I say so myself, I've done a good job there :D

Off to Tavira later, need to drop off all the clean laundry and Grumpy needs to do some work there. We'll pop into the supermarket on our way home.

Hope you all have a good day xx

Morning all :D

Looking after the boys today. All quiet at the moment, they're playing on the wii, always guaranteed to keep them occupied for a while.

Thinking of Di xxx

Hope you all have a good day :D

Good afternoon all - it's sunny but windy and cool here.

I've been to the gym and then done some shopping. Since coming home I've turned the house upside down looking for the Halloween decorations but I can't find them. I've found some but not the ones I really want, the wooden cut outs that are all glittery. I've looked in the garage but can't see them there but there's old furniture (which is going in the car later to go to Wales tomorrow) and bikes in the way of the shelving, and everything on the shelves is neatly boxed. The garage is John's department btw. I've spoken to him and he doesn't remember seeing them in there.

We're off to Wales in the morning. Boo. It's about time I went and saw her house, that might shut her up for a bit. She called the other night to check we were still going (no doubt so that she can buy some value ham and defrost some bread) and to ask John to take some tools with him because she's got a few jobs that need doing. That's so annoying when there are three adult male family members living just around the corner from her  John told me this morning to wrap up warm when we go because her house is always freezing  BTW she's not poor, I wouldn't say these things if she was...she's just tight ;)

Have a good day everyone!

Good luck Kaz, hope the bridge stays put this time :(

Vibes and hugs for Di xxx

Still mid-new-en suite - still, the tiles are being put on as I type....hopefully it will be finished soon.....*sigh* in the meantime I am going through a lot of water as we are having baths rather than showers

Last full working day of the week, thankfully, it's been tough this week :|

Gorgeous and sunny here :D

Afternoon all, it turned out a much nicer day than was forecast which is annoying because I didn't put out the washing after I read the forecast, and could easily have had it out all day  Had to bring the car to a tyre place this morning as I thought I had a slow puncture - they found no puncture, so just put on extra seal and a new valve, hopefully that will sort it. We have Michael today, he is currently out in the garden with Grandad playing golf. Tomorrow we are bringing him to the zoo, as he is on mid term break we thought it would be a nice treat for him as we don't often have him for a whole day - fingers crossed for nice weather as we will bring a little picnic. Out dancing tonight, more fancy dress - some people couldn't come to the dance on Sunday so it's all being done again for them - more fun and games!
