Good morning Tuesday

Postby Ally » 29 Oct 2013, 04:24

Good morning. :)

Up at silly o'clock to take Jackie to the airport as her flight is at 7am.

I'll go for a run when I get back home and it gets light.

Picking mum and dad up at 11 o'clock as it's their last full day in Spain. :o
Where's the past 6 weeks gone??!!

Will make cottage pie as it's mum's favourite. :D :D

Work 4.30-8.30.

Enjoy the day.

Wow their trip has gone by fast!
We made it home safe and sound this afternoon. Picked George up from the vets, and he is now allowed on room arrest. so he is walking around the shut off lounge at the moment trying to work out how to get out. He is very happy to be out though, he keeps jumping up onto my lap and head butting me giving me the biggest smootches that he has ever given me. Back into the cage again for him tomorrow though as the kids will be around and won't remember to keep the door shut, and we have people around fix some of our windows where the rubbers are pulling away, I don't want him jumping out a window.

Went to waipu beach for lunch. Such a nice place there, I might need to go camping there one day.

Sasha now seems to be coming down with what Oliver had.

Morning all :D

Nice and sunny at the moment. Fingers crossed it stays dry for our drive to Kent. The original plan was for us to come home Thursday evening, but if the weather looks horrid we might stay over so I can drive back in daylight Friday midday. The M25 isn't the nicest at the best of times, heavy rain in the dark makes it a nightmare.

Love and hugs for all who need them today xxx

Hope you all have a good day :D

Afternoon :)
Here I am, back home safe and sound - will update health board ;)
Beautiful bright sunny Autumn day here, really lovely out there. Not sure I'll have the energy to take much advantage of it but it's good to look at anyway :)
Gosh Ally those 6 weeks do fly by don't they!
Jen I'd definitely opt for driving back in the daylight if you can.
Hope HoneyBooBoo behaved Ton
Gammon shank is slow-cooking nicely and smelling good :)
Hope everyone's having a good day

Evening all, I was out for a lot of the day, mooching around TK Maxx - my sister gave me a pair of wine coloured trousers recently and I needed a couple of sweaters to go with them, plus got a few Cwordy bits for Michael and some stuff from Boots. Got petrol and did the supermarket shop on the way home. I noticed that the rear driver side tyre was very low so called into the local car repair guy who says there seems to be a slow puncture, I have to get that sorted in the morning  Also bought a very mad looking black wig to liven up my witch's hat for another fancy dress dance tomorrow evening. Still getting used to it being dark so early :( Just had dinner which Mr. Osc prepared, and settling down for the evening.
