Our pear tree has been a casualty of the storm

Postby lissie » 28 Oct 2013, 16:48

We have just ventured down the garden (it is huge with loads of large trees)
and have discovered we have lost half of our big pear tree
Luckily it fell into our garden and not the neighbour`s at the bottom or
the road on the other side :)
The cold frame has been smashed to pieces but the fence is still standing.

lissie :D (wonder what else we will find when we go down further)

That's a shame, but good that it didn't do any serious damage.
