The upshot is that I am now a patient in the Spinal Injuries Unit, which will start on Jan 10th 2013.

I suppose that's sort of good news, in a way . . . I hope it means the start of some healing/improvement in the New Year. xx

The day was tests, do this, do that. I had blood taken and bike rides and time on a treadmill.

Gordon Bennet, were they trying to cure you or were you trying out for the Leeds Rhinos?

Let me add my wishes for a speedy recovery, WM. Back pain is the worst...I hope they can figure out how to handle it without surgery.
