Morning all. It is really black out there and the rain doesn't seem to have stopped for hours. There can't be that much more water left in the sky - lets hope its all gone for Friday when we are off on our holibobs.

Work for me today until around 2.30pm and then no real plans for this afternoon and evening - other than GBBO.

Noisy here - having my en suite ripped out as I type I am trying not to worry too much and focus on the end result....and half wishing I'd not taken this week off work, I was SO bored yesterday!!! I didn't go out anywhere, tbf, but the weather wasn't good and I didn't need anything. I watched a lot of tv from my planner and tidied a bit in the house but not too much as lots of mess will be made today

What do those of you that don't work do all day???

It's another grey/damp but mild day here. No plans, other than listen to the racket above my head as the tiles are taken off.....

Drain layer here has finished, but now it seems we still have a potential problem with the drainage at our other house. if that is proved to be the case we certainly will be getting back in touch with the company who did the work last year. Sigh....

Off to pihia this weekend. It's a long weekend coming up, I can't wait to get away for a couple of days. Even with the weather forecast of looming rain. we had better bring our raincoats and gumboots.

Well today I did he Kindy run, shovelled some scoria, pretended to be a duck, read stories, cuddled sore feet, 4 loads of washing, the groceries, jigsaws, colouring in, tucked in the teddies, changed dollies nappy a lot, ermmm. I think that's all.

I was always really busy when I didn't work Gal.

Now I work (albeit part time) I'm busier than ever being busy doing the things I was busy with before working!

This morning I've played badminton, had a swim, made a casserole, cleaned the 2 spare rooms in readiness for my visitors on Thursday, cleaned all the other loos, sinks and baths and done some stomach curls.

I'm having lunch with my parents then working from 4.30 - 8.30.

Then meeting Don after work for a beer or two.

Oh..and made Don a fish finger sandwich and baguettes for the boys to take to college.

Oh yes of course wehn you have little ones there's always loads to do!! I remember those days well My baby is a grown woman now though, she looks after me LOL!!

And I guess boys no matter what their age need looking after Ally, LOL! I don't do exercise, not in your league, anyway!
