A classic recipe for anarchy, yet if any passenger dares to complain assertively they are likely to get into big trouble.

Hopefully they will be on their way soon Vic. They are already more than three hours late so should be thinking about making a claim.

who do you claim from though

airline not their fault if airport had power cut?

airport? not their fault if damage done by workmen?

passenger claim against airline who claim against airport who claim against construction firm??

Your 14:45 seems to have ben the hardest hit, looking at the departure boards .... but it seems you have been scheduled to leave 21:15 ??

EDIT - Vic should now be on the taxiway (21:10) ......
