Just a quick update, I rang My Safe Home (thanks Frank) and they were really helpful. Luke so far meets all their criteria and they are going to send me an application form. They generally lend on shared ownership properties, but more and more housing associations are becoming willing to get involved in the purchase of houses on the open market, so that is also a possibility. Feel much more positive now. :kick:

We filled in the pre application questionnaire and he ticks all the boxes. They have just rung, I had a long talk with the director of the company and he is now sending us a proper application form. Wow, exciting times
