I spent 11 or 12 years being the only driver at home, and also automatically volunteered for almost all work do's, as well as driving myself to any birthday/leaving dinners and parties.
Can only say it's lovely that now Bb (when he can see!) is happy to be the driver :)

And I enjoy drinking - in that, I like wine, and the odd bacardi or vodka and coke. Hate actually being drunk, which happens very rarely, and as for being sick - not since my teens or early twenties I don't think :?

Never have I been sick through drink. I can't drink like I used to, two large glasses gives me a headache sadly. I hate hangovers with a vengeance so always try to alternate my glass of wine with water. But I do love a glass or two of wine and have to force myself to have two non drinking nights a week and boy am I glad when they are over

I can easily go weeks without a drink, and often do, but when I do drink can happily polish off three or four large glasses of wine :) I don't get drunk or sick, but it can make my heart race a bit in the middle of the night - a blood sugar thing I expect :?

Oh Cal I am the same!! I even took the car to a 'do' last weekend so I had an excuse not to drink, how sad is that?? :| It was a work do, so I suppose sort of excusable, since any drunken behaviour would not have been a good thing, but even so

I'm glad I'm not the only lightweight!!!

I just got rid of my headache about an hour ago. It took a whole bottle of lucozade and a pot noodle!

When we go out on Friday night I'm going to give the glass of lime and soda a miss at the end of the night. I think I must have been allergic to the lime!

I rarely drink but if we have a girly night out we usually end up buying a bottle of wine each in the pub over the course of the night so that's a bottle drunk each, and oddly enough I walk home okay and don't get a hangover
That's white though, red would make me feel sick just from sniffing it.

I'm feeling much better now.

In fact, I'm contemplating a glass of red.
