Morning Ally, morning all The sun seems to have deserted us for now; it's been so lovely, yesterday was again actually hot
Picked up a brand new one of these in a charity shop yesterday - as in, still in its sealed bag inside the box - for £2.50 http://www.lakeland.co.uk/13173/EvenSlice at the price! Today the ironing might have to be addressed, before it spills out of the little room and onto the landing Hope everyone has a good day Di x
Very early start here, Mick needed to be on the road by 6.30 to get to Farnborough for a three day course Cue two very excited little pups thinking they were going too - oops!
So I'll be sticking around the house for the next couple of days dog sitting, as I don't like to leave Fraggle yet........There is plenty to do here, I was hoping to get my pots done but it has rained a lot overnight, and might rain again and it's all a bit soggy out there - so I might leave that until tomorrow
A good buy there then Di - Happy Ironing
Ally, enjoy your lunch with your mum and dad and your classes tonight
Jo is there any news on that horrid accident today? I hope the little girl is ok xxxxx
And I lerve lakeland - used to get loads of stuff from them when I lived in England. When we visited Julia in Windsor, there's a shop there too so had to pop in and buy something
It's lovely here this morning, but rain is forecast for this afternoon,
We're having a quiet day today, getting things ready for our week's holiday in Shropshire next week. We both have new cameras and will be trying them out with some autumn-coloured shots, hopefully. I am amazed at what these modern cameras can do. My old Canon SLR is about 25 years old and is now on the blink, and is so cumbersome to lug around.
